* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following counties, Blount, Knox and Sevier.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 653 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
