* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 kt with a few gusts up to 40 kt and steep to very steep wind-driven seas of 8 to 12 ft. Winds ease to 10 to 20 kt and seas gradually subside to 6 to 8 ft Monday night and Tuesday, but seas remain hazardous to small craft.
* WHERE...All areas, with the strongest winds and steepest seas from around Port Orford southward.
* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 11 PM PDT Monday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 PM Monday to 11 PM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong, gusty winds and steep to very steep hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
