At 654 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain in West and Central Lubbock. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but only light additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring.
