* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, east winds 35 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas to 17 ft expected. For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas to 15 ft expected.
* WHERE...Icy Cape to Cape Suckling out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from noon today to 6 PM AKST this evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 6 PM AKST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
