San Antonio River at Hwy 72 near Runge affecting Karnes and Goliad Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cibolo Creek near Falls City.

* WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Livestock are cut off and potentially drowned in low areas below Stockdale to below Panna Maria. Lower areas of Goliad State Park downstream flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 19.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:15 AM CDT Friday was 19.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.6 feet just after midnight tonight.
