.Additional heavy rainfall tonight is expected to bring minor to moderate flooding to middle and lower parts of the White River. Rainfall amounts of one to three inches for tonight were included in the forecast for the middle and lower White River basin. Locally higher amounts could bring higher crests and longer flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 15.3 feet, Extensive flooding of agricultural lands. Blue Bluff and Paragon Roads are impassable. Flood waters affect a few homes in Waverly.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 6.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 14.3 feet early Sunday morning.
