.Additional heavy rainfall tonight is expected to bring minor to moderate flooding to middle and lower parts of the White River. Rainfall amounts of one to three inches for tonight were included in the forecast for the middle and lower White River basin. Locally higher amounts could bring higher crests and longer flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Many homes experience basement to first floor flooding near White River at East 116th Street and in Ravenswood. River Edge roads flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 16.0 feet early Saturday morning.
