* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas, including the following counties, Jewell, Mitchell, Osborne, Phillips, Rooks and Smith and Nebraska, including the following counties, Adams, Buffalo, Clay, Dawson, Fillmore, Franklin, Furnas, Gosper, Hall, Hamilton, Harlan, Kearney, Merrick, Nuckolls, Phelps, Polk, Thayer, Webster and York.

* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of light to moderate rain, with embedded pockets of heavy rain, are expected today and into tonight. Cumulative rainfall totals of mainly 2-5 inches are expected. Some uncertainty still exists with northern extent of the heavy rain, but latest model trends suggest the greatest risk for the high end rain amounts will be southeast of a line from Arapahoe to Hastings to York. Although most areas will not experience flooding, isolated to scattered instances of flooding or flash flooding are possible, especially across areas still saturated from heavy rainfall last week. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
