...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM MDT THIS EVENING FOR EAST CENTRAL CUSTER AND WEST CENTRAL PUEBLO COUNTIES...

At 640 PM MDT, Thunderstorms producing heavy rain have ended over most of the Aspen Acres Burn Scar, though run-off, flooding and debris flows will continue for at least the next 1 to 2 hours. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Any additional rainfall amounts this evening will be light, generally less than a tenth of an inch. Flash flooding is already occurring, with water rescues and large debris flows reported.

This includes the following high risk locations... Beulah Water Intake, Northcreek Road county line to Red Mountain Camp and Northcreek Road from Red Mountain Camp to Beulah.
