* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 423 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hillsboro, Mount Orab, Williamsburg, Marshall, Sardinia, Belfast, Rocky Fork Point, Highland Holiday, Cynthiana, Kincaid Springs, Pike Lake, Russell, New Market, Mowrystown, Sinking Spring, State Route 136 at US Route 62, Danville in Highland County, Berrysville, Highland County Airport and Buford.
