The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for... Noble County in east central Ohio...

* Until 700 AM EDT.

* At 422 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Caldwell, Dudley, Belle Valley, Sarahsville, Dexter City, Harriettsville and Wolf Run State Park.

Duck Creek at Macksburg was rising rapidly, and will likely crest above flood stage.
