* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 314 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Amounts from 1 to 2 inches, with isolated totals of over 2 inches have already fallen. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
