* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southwestern Fremont County in central Wyoming, especially along the Middle Fork of the Popo Agie River...
* WHEN...Until 230 AM MDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises along the Popo Agie River in Sinks Canyon should be monitored.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 821 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms this afternoon, with additional rain still occurring. This will cause small stream flooding. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 3 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... South Fork Squaw Creek, Squaw Creek, Middle Popo Agie River, Roaring Fork Creek, Sweetwater Gap Drain, Tayo Creek, Sheep Creek, Deep Creek, Shoshone Creek, Atlantic Creek and Sweetwater River. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
