* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM ChST Friday. For the Gale Watch, from late tonight through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Combined seas will rapidly increase today with 10 to 12 ft forecasted tonight, peaking to 15 ft over the weekend. West to southwest winds will be fresh to strong with frequent gusts up to gale-force possible.
