* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 25.8 feet early Saturday afternoon.
