* WHERE...Northeast New Jersey, Rockland and Northern Westchester Counties in southeast New York, and Northern Fairfield and New Haven Counties in southern Connecticut.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
