* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 2 AM EDT Monday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 AM Monday to 8 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
