* At 256 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms produced heavy rain across portions of the warning area. Although the heaviest rain rates are ending, lighter rain over the next couple of hours, combined with runoff will cause high water and flash flooding in some areas.
