For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon to late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Flooding occurs on the lowest unprotected city streets, park drives and county roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 5.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to 14.2 feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall early Saturday afternoon. It will rise to 14.6 feet early Sunday afternoon.
