* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM Saturday to 2 PM PDT Sunday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday afternoon through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are possible.
