* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Saint Charles County in east central Missouri...
* WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 451 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain had ended. However, radar estimates that between 1 and 3 inches of rain has fallen. Therefore the threat for urban and small stream flooding will continue due to the runoff. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... O'Fallon, St. Charles, St. Peters, Wentzville, Lake St. Louis, St. Paul, Josephville and Kampville.
