* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Major flooding extends several hundred yards into the flood plain severely scouring roads and fences. Livestock are threatened from the headwaters to the Nueces River confluence. Residents of lowest homes downstream in Crystal City are threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is no current observed data. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.3 feet late this morning.
