* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, minor flooding is expected over farmland from Bartlesville to Ochelata.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 14.0 feet tomorrow morning.
