* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying undeveloped areas along the creek begins.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 2.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 16.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
