* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 8 PM PDT this evening. For the Wind Advisory, from 5 PM Friday to 11 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
