* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 837 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1.75 and 3.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
