* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1228 PM CDT, gauge reports indicated that flooding was occurring along the Bourbeuse River from heavy rain that occurred last night.
