The Flood Advisory will expire at 1245 PM EDT this afternoon for portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in south central Kentucky, Laurel, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Clay, Jackson, Knox and Owsley.
Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
