* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At noon EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers and thunderstorms. Rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches can be expected between 12 PM and 12:45 PM. This will cause minor flooding of small streams, roads, and roadside culverts. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Vernon, Renfro Valley, Muellersville, Lake Linville, Wildie, Roundstone, Hummel, Hiatt, Orlando, Flat Rock, Dudley Station, Maretburg, Bummer, Donaro, Johnetta, Gum Sulphur, Indian Lakes Park, Cooksburg, Goochland and Ottowa.
