* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...City and Borough of Yakutat.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 4 PM AKDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will quickly increase as a strong low pressure system moves into the northern gulf. Strongest winds are most likely to occur very late Saturday into early Sunday morning. Confidence is high that wind gusts will reach near 40 to 50 mph. Periods of wind gusts near 60 mph may occur, but confidence remains low.
