* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Major flooding reaches recreation camps between Camp Wood and Uvalde. Secondary and primary roads and bridges and can be life threatening. Livestock should be moved from flood prone areas of the flood plain from the headwaters to Crystal City.
