* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and south central Missouri, including the following counties, in central Missouri, Benton, Camden, Maries, Miller, Morgan and Pulaski. In east central Missouri, Phelps. In south central Missouri, Dent.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous showers and thunderstorms across central Missouri will continue into through this morning. Training of these storms may lead to localized flooding with some areas seeing up to 3 to 5 inches of rain. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
