* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts 35 to 40 kt. Seas 9 to 14 ft. For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 20 to 25 kt and seas 8 to 13 ft.
* WHERE...Coastal Waters From Cape Flattery To James Island 10 To 60 Nm and Coastal Waters From James Island To Point Grenville 10 To 60 Nm.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 11 PM PDT this evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 6 PM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
