* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following county, Shiawassee.
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 735 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rainfall amounts between 1 and 4 inches have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible over the area this evening. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Owosso, Durand, Perry, Laingsburg, Corunna, Morrice, Byron, Bancroft, Lennon, Bennington, Vernon, Shaftsburg, Carland and Juddville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
