The Flood Advisory will expire at 1130 PM EDT this evening for portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in south central Kentucky, Laurel. In southeast Kentucky, Clay and Jackson.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose an imminent threat. Please continue to heed any lingering road closures.
