* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Walton County in the panhandle of Florida...
* WHEN...Until 1145 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1142 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 7 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... De Funiak Springs, Eglin Air Force Base, Union, Liberty, Paxton, Alpine Heights, Oakwood Hills, De Funiak Spring Airport, Cluster Springs, Sand Hill, Pleasant Ridge, Piney Grove, Fox Hill, Mossy Head, New Harmony, Center Ridge, Caney Creek, Glendale, Gordon and New Home. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
