* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 129 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow-moving showers and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in the hardest hit areas. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. Excessive runoff will cause minor flooding of small streams, creeks, roads, and roadside culverts. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ammie, Teges, Oneida, Felty, Hensley, Seth, Wild Cat, Newfound, Thomas, Barcreek, Laurel Creek, Mistletoe, Brutus, Sextons Creek, Chestnutburg, Sacker Gap, Whoopflarea, Burning Springs, Sourwood and Panco.
