* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Friday morning and continue rising to 14.1 feet Friday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
