* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 413 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Camden, Gratis, Muttonville, Lake Lakengren, Wheatville, Sugar Valley, Morning Sun and Fairhaven.
