* WHEN...Until 3 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A monsoon surge will continue to bring sustained winds up to 20 knots with frequent gusts to around 25 knots through at least this afternoon. Winds are expected to subside slightly early on Thursday as the surge moves farther north.
