* IMPACTS...At 142.5 feet, Expect some minor flooding of low area camps, however, all access roadways will remain open.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 141.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 142.5 feet Thursday morning.
