* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southwestern Rio Arriba County in north central New Mexico... North Central Sandoval County in north central New Mexico...

* WHEN...Until 730 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 524 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Heavy rainfall will threaten thick runoff on area roads, including dirt and runoff over highways that can impact travel. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
