* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, west to northwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 2 to 5 ft occurring. For the Gale Watch, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt becoming west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt by Tuesday; waves 3 to 6 ft possible.

* WHERE...Black River to Ontonagon MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ this evening. For the Gale Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
