For the Gale Watch, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt becoming west winds 25 to 35 kt with a few storm force gusts up to 50 kt possible on Tuesday; waves 6 to 9 ft possible.

* WHERE...Ontonagon to Upper Entrance of Portage Canal MI, Upper Entrance of Portage Canal to Eagle River MI and Eagle River to Manitou Island MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For the Gale Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
