* WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1019 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will allow minor flooding to persist or worsen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Williamsburg, Whitley City, Stearns, Blue Heron, Marshes Siding, Pine Knot, Co-Operative, Strunk, Ritner, Slavens, Kidds Crossing, Hollyhill, Duckrun, Griffin, Great Meadows Campsites, Rockeybranch, Coopersville, Parmleysville, Bounty and Barrier.
