Flood Advisory

* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northern Otero County in south central New Mexico...

* WHEN...Until 1245 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1040 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall of up to 0.5 inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
