* Flash Flood Warning for... Eastern Rush County in central Indiana... Henry County in east central Indiana...
* Until 1000 AM EDT.
* At 434 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across the warned area. State Road 3 was impassable in spots with waist high water in the town of New Castle. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
