* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 AM EDT /1 AM CDT/ to 5 AM EDT /4 AM CDT/ Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 5 AM EDT /4 AM CDT/ to 4 PM EDT /3 PM CDT/ Friday.
