At 328 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles southwest of Blue Mountain, or 10 miles northwest of New Albany, moving southwest at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include... New Albany, Blue Mountain, Ecru, Keownville, Etta, Bethlehem, Pinedale, Thaxton, Hickory Flat, Potts Camp, Myrtle, Dumas, Shari, Hortontown, Poolville, Esperanza, Old Myrtle, Pumpkin Center, Baker, and Locum.
