* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Caney River near Ramona.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs from Ochelata to the northeastern tip of Tulsa County. Some rural roads are impassable including the road between Ramona and Talala.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:57 AM CDT Friday the stage was 22.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 28.1 feet this afternoon.
